Comfort in a Scary Situation

I found myself in unexpected trouble and was paralyzed with fear of the unknown. I met with Mr. Carsey and he helped settle my mind about the process and possible outcome. I expected that meeting with an attorney would be rigid and dry, but John was very comforting and clearly cared about the outco...me of my case. It was nice to know that I wasn't just a file that was being shuffled around the legal system, I actually had a lawyer who cared personally about the outcome and fought for a better than expected outcome.

Outstanding Attorney

Mr Carsey represented me in a DWI case and was able to have the charge dismissed. He later had the arrest expunged. He is a careful listener to his clients and understands the Travis County legal system extremely well. He is quite approachable and very easy to work with.

Great Results

Mr. Carsey came highly recommended from a friend who had previously used his services. I could not have been more pleased with the way Mr. Carsey handled my case and the results he achieved. Though I hope to never need his services again, I will keep his number on speed dial, as well as recommend... him to friends or family who may need representation. I felt like Mr. Carsey cared deeply about my case, the outcome, and pushed for a result that I didn't think was possible. I owe him a world of gratitude!

Great Attorney

Mr. Carsey recently represented me on a matter that I was hit with where I had to make a very tough business decision. Within days he had mobilized a network of contacts for me to inform me about what I needed to do and how I needed to do it, and it helped me through a very difficult process. I recom...mend John to anyone looking for a rock solid attorney that knows how to relate to people on a level where they aren't daunted or intimidated, and want an attorney who knows how to effectively and reasonably expedite a legal matter.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
