Mark, the man, the myth the legend

I hired Mark 2 different time, once in 2007 and again in 2016. Mark is an excellent attorney. I can only speak to my experience and the reasons I hired him twice. Knowledge, Communication and skill. My case(s)- false information was destroying my credit. The powers that be refused to have it re...moved. No attorney wanted to take my case, I was desperate. Mark decided to take my case. Initially, I thought his consultation/contingency fees were high, but after my multiple six figures settlements (out of court) He actually lowballs himself. All the false information has reconciled. Knowledge - Obviously he is knowledgeable (which any board certified attorney should be) but he has had clients on both spectrum, the corporation and the actual consumer so for me it was like having a spy in the enemy camp. Communication – He clearly communicates. He provided me a printed timeline explaining the legal process and the timelines/deadlines of each step. He also communicated expectations, the difference between possible and probable outcomes. So far he has never been wrong on the projected outcome. Skill – If you are reading my review , it’s not because you want to know if he is cute, you want know if he is good. He is not good, he is the best. He is not flashy – no high rise office, or $8K suits. He is not the charismatic and charming budding politician, but unlike a politician he doesn’t just promise to fight for you, he actually fights for you. He will be straight forward about the strength and weakness of your case. I highly recommend him as an attorney.
