Highly recommend!

Having to face an unexpected and unwanted divorce was nearly paralyzing for me, but Kevin knew exactly what to do. He fought for me and my kids with logic and practicality, great attention to detail, and a determination to be fair to both parties. He's a good communicator, made it easy to schedule me...etings, was very up front about my options and their associated fees, was confident in guiding me through an overwhelming process, and has done an excellent job of follow-up. I am thankful!

Trustworthy and responsive in uncontested, no children, divorce

I had worked with another attorney for an uncontested, no-children, divorce in Texas; this attorney had to withdraw from my case and recommended me to hire Kevin for completion. Within a month Kevin came up to speed, helped finalize the final financial estate details, and formally filed the final doc...uments for the Agreed Divorce. I was impressed with (1) Kevin's timeliness and responsiveness to handle our case conclusion, being that we were ready to complete the divorce with haste; (2) his explanation of the legal options to complete the divorce, including transitioning from the prior attorney; (3) provide guidance towards timely divorce completion without undue work for all parties; and (4) provide compassion, as opposed to any hostility, towards my spouse in a difficult emotional situation. Based on my experience I recommend hiring Kevin for legal matters for marriage and divorce.

Collaborative, Efficient, Professional

Kevin was extremely easy to work with. From the start Kevin was clear on the pro's and con's of taking different approaches to my divorce and we were always ready to take the next step together. The vast majority of collaboration was taken care of via email or sharing files (my choice- saving me ...time) but he was always available for a quick phone call when necessary. My goal was a roughly even division of assets while avoiding an expensive and potentially hurtful trial and Kevin was key in accomplishing this goal. We leaned into the process together to resolve things amicably but were also well prepared to go to trial if required.

Qualified, compassionate, dligent and savvy attorney

Kevin was incredible. From the onset he listened intently as we explained the situation, he assessed and thoroughly explained the best course to take and saw us through to a very positive conclusion. Couldn't Ask For A Better Attorney

I hired Kevin after a recommendation from a friend to handle my divorce case. From the beginning he was incredibly responsive & explained every part of the process to me like a friend.
