Biography
My practice focuses on family law, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, including collaborative divorce, child custody and child support. I also have experience in contract disputes and drafting, appeals, and civil rights litigation.
I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2012., where I was elected into the prestigious Order of the Coif.
I am licensed to practice law in New York and Texas. Before founding the Law Office of Oprea & Weber in 2014, I worked for the firm of Latham & Watkins in their Midtown Manhattan offices where I focused on complex commercial litigation.
