Greg Gegenheimer

I am family law attorney Greg Gegenheimer. I was born in Houston, Texas, and I am a lifelong Texan. I attended San Marcos Academy between 1962 and 1965, graduated from Jones High School in Houston, and graduated from Tulane University in 1972. I received my Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas in 1977, and I have lived and practiced in Austin ever since.

I understand that facing a divorce or any family law litigation is an emotional, trying experience, especially when there are children involved. As a trained and certified mediator, I am sensitive to my clients' needs and emotions and will do my best to settle his or her case without contested litigation.
