James Stephen Sustaita

James is the worse lawyer in all of Austin, He was eager to get my money even wanted to come meet me anywhere but once he took my money he disappeared, never returned my calls or didn't remember to appear in court with me, I had to call to find out when i had court myself. He moves office every month..., doesnt have the experienced staff to help him with his clients, he talks the talk but once you give him money, he is gone! He doesnt care about anything but the money, I would not hire him or I would not reccomend him to anyone.

James showed brilliance in our case. Nine attorneys turned us down because the case was so hopeless. The work James performed was amazing! He showed dedication, amazing trial skills and excellent command of family law. His work during a critical deposition was so impressive that opposing counsel was ...complimentary. We came out triumphant from trial. A very difficult case yet James produced outstanding results. We would not step into a courtroom without James Sustaita!!

Family member is being sentenced tomorrow and we found out through a phone call from our loved one not from the attorney. If he couldn't make the trip out to the Del Rio district courts why did he take on the case. Court dates were re-set without notice...sometime failed to even show up...not recomme...ding him
