There are not enough stars to offer Mr. Sustaita as a victorious lawyer. He is quite knowledgeable, savvy, and is someone you can put your total trust in. He won my custody battle. It was contentious, and as a father, I thought my only hope would be to have standardized visitation at best. But, ...Mr. Sustaita expertly handled my case, was always available to me, and kept moving forward in a positive manner. Believe me, it can be easy to get caught up in the stress, but he was there every step of the way. I can never repay him enough for his guidance. He was everything you could want in a lawyer, aggressive with the opposing side, but never lacking in manners or ethics. Some of these other reviews are just plain incorrect.
