Have been divorced for 8 yrs-primary residence for my 2 children. Daughter turns 16 and decides she want to live with dad. There is no way in H%LL I'm going down without a fight. There are not enough stars to offer Mr. Sustaita as a victorious lawyer. He is quite knowledgeable, savvy, and is someone you can put your total trust in. He won my custody battle. It was contentious, and as a father, I thought my only hope would be to have standardized visitation at best. But, ...Mr. Sustaita expertly handled my case, was always available to me, and kept moving forward in a positive manner. Believe me, it can be easy to get caught up in the stress, but he was there every step of the way. I can never repay him enough for his guidance. James is helping me with my case. He is able to communicate very well, even when he has other things going on. As a parent himself, he understands where I am coming from. As a single parent, he knows what is best. He has so far came through everything he said. My case in not even in the process of be...ing done. He is willing to fight for my voice, and do what’s best for me...
