James Stephen Sustaita

I am writing to brag about James Sustaita. I want to tell everyone in Travis County and throughout that this lawyer is the man to hire if you want to see results that work. When I first hired James, I was falsely accused of assault and I needed help getting out of jail. The very next day I was ou...t. I also needed a lawyer to guide me through my divorce, which had a nasty custody battle attached to it. The day I got out of jail, James worked with me by carefully listening to details about my case and developed a genius well-thought out plan that was tailored just for me. I learned to trust James COMPLETELY after seeing how he implemented this genius plan though the weeks and months that James worked on my case. The thing that I love most about James is that he is a man who understands, and with that in mind he “Made-Things-Happen” in court for me. James once told me that since his childhood, he always wanted to be a lawyer. It shows that his career is something he loves to do. That says a lot to me. And ….He cares. Finally, a lawyer who cares around here! The one thing that I remember the most about James is that he once told me “Look, I’m not going to make any promises that I can’t deliver”. With that said… everything that he has set his mind and heart to do for my son and I—HE HAS ACHIEVED. I am very happy to have crossed paths with James, because at the end of the day it did matter who I hired. I never would have thought that children’s lives are changed for the rest of their life because their parents chose to hire the right attorney. FYI: Today (6/4/18), James helped me by dismantling all the accusations against me regarding my assault case. This morning my assault case was dismissed thanks to James.

Absolutely the best, reading the prior reviews I can tell you in person and show you as well....this man is GREAT at what he does!! You know the saying "you get what you pay for" well I can vouch that every penny spent was worth it. He made me feel like family and he took care of everything, all I di...d was show up and he did the rest. Never went to trial as he promised and case was dismissed. MAN OF HIS WORD! I will recommend him to anyone I know.

First off every single lawyer I talk to up in till I met (16 lawyers) James , was trying to charge me this crazy amount money with a down payment on top of it! I was in any position to drop that kind of money on the spot. I was beyond stress of the fact of how I was goning to get a lawyer on top of t...rying to win my case. Then i met James he told me right away with confidence that everything was going to be okay. He told me everything I needed to know about my case and situation. Not only did he seem concerned about my case but for me as a person. He showed me that even in a horrible stressful situation things will work out. My case was dismiss!! Let me tell you it's the best feeling in the world knowing a felony charge is off your back.

James was referred to us by a friend for my son's criminal defense case.
