Eric Wen-Ray Lim

I can't say enough about Mr. Lim. Prior to retaining him as Counsel I had another Attorney that was truly leading me down a terrible path. With my prior Attorney, I took a bad deal, went on probation and was looking at serious time. Mr. Lim used his knowledge to get things straightened out and lat...er expunged. He always responded to my calls and emails very quickly. I can't say that about the other attorney. I owe my freedom and future to this extremely competent Attorney. He provided "Real World" expectations, options and made me very comfortable. I would hire him again but that isn't going to happen as I won't be in trouble. Mr. Lim is exactly what you want from a lawyer. He was truly on my side and advocated for the best outcome. He combed the evidence, came up with a great plan, made me feel comfortable with it, and we stuck it through to get my class A misdemeanor charge (with multiple previous related charges and con...victions) completely dismissed. He willingly and thoroughly explained things, however many times I asked. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. When one is facing a serious criminal charge, you worry constantly and second-guess everything. But with Mr. Lim representing you, you can rest assured he will get you the best possible outcome. I had a different lawyer for this case before hiring Mr. Lim, who wouldn't explain things, pressured me to accept an onerous probation plea deal, and was adamant that I'd lose a trial. Most fortunately, I decided to consult with Mr. Lim, who explained how he could get my case dismissed. His fee was quite reasonable, and given he assuaged my fears and got a serious charge dismissed, was worth every penny.
