Eric Lam was detailed, hardworking, honest and communicative throughout this entire process. Sometimes we find ourselves in situations of our own doing and I was no different. Eric litigated my case through a pandemic and ultimately got my case dismissed. His hard work and patience were key to achiev...ing this resolution. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a fair chance in the court of law!

Beyond amazing! I was just calling around for consultations and Eric was quick to respond to me, even though I'm certain he was busy at the time. I have no idea how any of these processes work, I've never been in trouble before. Eric is so kind and honest. When he called me, he was so pleased to tell... me that my case had been dismissed. I had no idea. So he then told me a couple of things to do, who I needed to contact, and told me to have a great day. However he absolutely went above and beyond when he called me back, not 10 min after we hung up, to tell me specific questions I should be asking about everything. I was so grateful. And not only did he go above and beyond then, but he also contacted me the next day to follow up. He reached out to me to make sure I contacted the right people and got the answers I needed. We didn't sign up to work together. He wasn't obligated in any way. Goes to show there really are great people out there still who actually care!
