Eric Wen-Ray Lim

Eric represented me in a number of cases but mainly on a felony evasion charge. I also had multiple possession charges. He is an amazing lawyer and every time I thought the worst case scenario was the most plausible outcome Eric found a way to get the best outcome. I’m over joyed with the outcome of ...my case. He did everything he could to keep me out of prison and in a comfortable situation. He is respected by judges in multiple counties and obviously works really hard. Eric Lim was a great attorney for my case. I originally had a felony and misdemeanor charge, but he was able to get the misdemeanor dropped. He was able to prevent me from getting any jail time by getting me pretrial diversion. I had originally qualified for intensive outpatient treatment, but was ab...le to reduce this to a mere community service hour requirement and alcohol and drug classes. His representation allowed me to only had to show up to court for my pretrial drug assessment and for the signing of my pretrial diversion contract

I had a great experience with Mr. Lim representing me. I was charged with felony possession and two misdemeanors and all were dismissed. He always had my best interests first and convinced me to follow through with a plan that I was originally hesitant about. We had planned to go through with a pre-t...rial diversion program that would get the charges dismissed if I followed through with community service and an intensive outpatient chemical dependency program, and a theft education class. It ended up that I would not qualify for the program, yet Mr. Lim was still able to work out essentially the same deal with the prosecutor. Mr. Lim was always very approachable and very responsive to any questions that I had. He was very good about keeping me informed about updates and reminding me about court dates. I highly recommend Mr. Lim.
