Amazing attorney!!

After getting in lots of trouble, I decided on Channing to help me. Best decision ever. Incredibly capable, knowledgeable and intuitive. Whatever "it" is, she has it. She absolutely saved my life. Highly recommended!

Excellent attorney!

I recently had to hire Channing to help me with a case involving Animal Control in Austin, and citations for failure to surrender a dog to quarantine. Channing stepped right in, answered all of my questions, She was able to get all of my charges dismissed, and I was incredibly impressed. I would high...ly recommend her.

Great Lawyer

I my case I was arrested for possession of cocaine under 1 g and a misdemeanor Xanax charge. So I was looking at a felony and a misdemeanor. I have had a previous felony in another state which we all thought was going to be a factor in the final outcome. Channing being quick to move was able to ge...t the misdemeanor dropped and the felony was dropped down to a misdemeanor. The reason that this was a great outcome was because I did have a previous felony. Whether you have the disease of addiction that has you caught up or you just got in trouble I would recommend Channing Neary. I believe that she takes every case is very personal and I believe she is very competitive. If I don't see fire in a lawyer I damn sure won't hire. She is straight up and I'll tell you how it is and extremely polite and kind at the same time. But when she gets in that courtroom then it's showtime because she knows your life depends upon it!

She's the one to hire!

Not having any experience with working with a criminal lawyer before, I expected a headache of a process. Yet that was not the case at all. Channing listened thoroughly to my unjust story, offered great advice, and made the process so much smoother than I could have imagined. She certainly worked mag...ic and had my case resolved in record time. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a Criminal Defense Attorney.

Channing and having only days to complete months of work.

I hired Channing to represent my son in a juvenial criminal case not too long ago. She was referred to me by Ilana Tanner and Channing quickly made an appointment to discuss matters. Based on the circumstances of the case, we didn’t have the luxury of spending multiple months working with the prosecu...tor and the judge to change their ruling that greatly affected the relationship between my son and I. After a long consultation, Channning absorbed the history, took notes and asked relevant questions. I have worked with multiple attorneys in the past regarding family law and felt that I had developed a keen sense of who was mainly interested in receiving retainers after retainers or helping their clients. At the end of the consultation, I hired Channing. Due to errors from previous a attorneys, Channing seemed to not have all of the information she required to work with the judge and prosecutor. I provided what I could and she took the wheel from there. I couldn’t be happier with how Channing represented my son. Like I said, the expected outcome was planned to take months and she took care of it in one hearing. She then went a step above and beyond to bring closure to my son’s case and I was given the luxury of experiencing how all attorneys should represent themselves. Channing, thank you again for all you did. I hope my son and I will never need your services again but you will certainly hear from us if we do. Also, to everyone whom found this review helpful, please look up Ilana Tanner’s page on this site. Both are competent, professional and seem to thoroughly enjoy working in the field of law.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse Channing Neary. We have worked together as co-counsel on many cases, including a murder case that we won without the necessity of trial. Channing was out at the crime scene talking to witnesses and taking photographs as soon as we were hired, and her findings helped us prove self defense. I've also seen her masterfully select such a great jury in a DWI case that the prosecution decided to dismiss the case instead of further proceeding to trial. Also, Channing's a very caring advocate who helps her clients overcome addiction while having their cases dismissed so that their lives are not hindered by the criminal charge. If you want a great attorney who can negotiate great outcomes and win "not guilty" verdicts, I recommend Channing Neary."
