Smooth, reliable DUI assistance

After receiving my DUI charge I was unsure as to how to proceed. I was given Chris's information on recommendation and could not be happier with his assistance. On our first meeting he was very approachable and laid out the general expectations of such a case so clearly that I decided to hire him rig...ht then. Throughout the entire experience, Chris was open and knowledgeable and easy to reach. He expertly helped me navigate the different trial times, even helping me reschedule once when my work schedule restricted me from appearing. And in the end he worked out the best outcome I could have imagined. I hope, as I expect everyone does, that I won't need a lawyer of this nature ever again but if I do I know I will turn to Christopher Perri. Thanks Chris.

Gets the job done!

He listened and understood my situation after explaining my DWI charge. Told me he'd look into my case and find me a lower charge he could present to the prosecutor. I am extremely satisfied and grateful that my charge was reduced to a minor traffic violation.

Great experience

Chris was a great attorney and worked diligently to win me a great deal. Chris was quick to respond and was very knowledgeable of the system and able to explain everything to help me understand my options. I knew from our first meeting that Chris was the right attorney for me. In the end Chris was ab...le to have my case dismissed and return a better outcome than I anticipated. Overall I was very satisfied with his professionalism and kindness. I have complete trust in Chris and would recommend his legal counsel and defense to anyone in need. Thanks Chris!

Persistent and Effective - Great Outcome

I hired Chris to defend me against two charges what the Williamson County DA’s office was prosecuting me for. Despite prosecutorial unwillingness to compromise or offer a pre-trial diversion option, Chris dug his heels in and both cases were eventually dropped. Chris also helped me expunge my record ...a few months after the charges were dismissed. Very reasonable prices and payment arrangements. Chris has a lot of experience and knows how to handle overly zealous prosecutors.

Intelligent, knowledgeable, and diligent

Chris is the utmost professional. He takes the time to truly understand your side of things in a friendly and kind manner. His knowledge and experience allow him to provide a very high quality defense. In my case, he was able to get my DWI charge reduced to a reckless driving charge. Throughout the ...entire process, Chris kept me informed on all of my options, what the possible outcomes could be, and what he advised to reach the best possible results. With such high quality service, his prices are more than fair, and on top of that, he is willing to work with you to develop manageable payment plans. All in all, Chris alleviates the intimidating legal processes brought on by your charge and provides the security and peace of mind of having an excellent defense attorney on your side.

"Chris and I have worked together on several cases, including a complex Attempted Capital Murder case in Travis County. Chris cross examined the District Attorney's DNA expert, which was a critical aspect of the case. His trial skills are sharp, and he is a strong advocate for his clients. Chris is also well versed in appellate law. This allows him to evaluate a case from the initial stages through final appeal. I highly recommend Chris Perri."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Chris is hands down one of the most intelligent attorneys that I have ever worked with. We were co-counsel on a murder case together and his trial skills enabled us to prevail in a suppression hearing which resulted in the state proceeding on the lesser charge of criminally negligent homicide. We have tried numerous cases together over the years, and I am always amazed at his knowledge of the law and trial advocacy skills. Chris is known as an expert in both expunction and appellate law, and is hired by other criminal attorneys to consult on cases in these areas. He frequently speaks on these topics and even volunteers his time leading the Texas Law Expunction Project. Chris cares deeply for his clients and will always fight to get the best result possible. I am honored to call him both a colleague and a friend."
