Biography
Mr. Duke Hildreth has focused his entire legal career on criminal law and trying cases in court before a judge and jury.
Before joining Hildreth & Rueda Law as a defense attorney, Mr. Hildreth was a criminal prosecutor for over eight years. He tried crimes from DWI to felony murder. With all the knowledge he gained from working as a prosecutor, he understands how the prosecution thinks and acts in a criminal case, so he can plan a more effective defense for his clients.
Mr. Hildreth has tried hundreds of cases in his legal career and his been very succesful in achieving Not Guilty Verdicts for his clients. His extensive trial experience is very advantageous in defending clients facing criminal misdemeanor and felony charges throughout Central Texas including the Austin metro area as well as Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, Bell, McClennan, Burnet, Llano, Comal, Bexar, Blanco, Gillespie and Guadalupe Counties.
Mr. Hildreth is passionate about the law, “I believe in my clients, and I believe in exhausting every avenue to achieve justice for my clients.”
When Mr. Hildreth is not working he enjoys spending his time with his wife and children.

Great Lawyer. Case Dismissed.
Duke was more than helpful through this stressful time. Some cases can go on for months and Duke was always responsive and would fill me in whenever there was an update in my case. I met him in person and he was very inviting and friendly. 10/10 would hire him all over again.
