Good Lawyer
I was happy with Duke's work, and I would hire him again. He reduced my DWI charge to an Obstruction of a Highway with Deferred Adjudication. He kept me well-informed throughout the process and was able to answer any questions I had.
"I endorse this lawyer. Known him for many years, and he always takes good care of his clients and is smart at obtaining good deals. He is a super nice guy too."
"Duke Hildreth is an excellent attorney. Duke is a fierce advocate for his clients. He is smart, hardworking, and fearless. I have observed Duke many times during trials or hearings in District Court and I have always been impressed with his preparation, skill and passion. I endorse this lawyer."
"I have referred many of my corporate clients and their friends to Duke Hildreth. I am completely confident in his ability to vigorously represent his clients and provide them with the best defense possible. Duke gets results and isn't satisfied until he has achieved the optimum solution for whatever problem his clients face. Duke's background and prior works experience with the County District Attorney's office gives Duke an edge that many other criminal defense attorneys don't have - first-hand knowledge of how the system works from the other side and the necessary social networks that he can use for the benefit his clients."
"Mr. Hlidreth is an expert in his field. I have known him for several years and his knowledge of the law and comapssion for his clients are second to none. He has always treated his clients with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend Mr. Hildreth."
"Duke is an excellent criminal defense attorney. If I, or a family member, were ever in trouble, he is the attorney I would use personally."
"As a former prosecutor, Duke Hildreth understands the opposition and works with clients to get very fair results. He has a reputation that he is not afraid to go to trial and that helps. When people ask me for a recommendation for a criminal defense lawyer, Duke Hildreth is the first name I give them."
"Having observed Duke in numerous trials, I can confirm that he is fearless and aggressive attorney. I witnessed him obtain obtain a "not guilty" verdict in a court where there hadn't been a "not guilty" verdict since that judge had taken the bench. His hundreds of trials and prior prosecutorial experience give him a breadth of legal and practical knowledge that few criminal defense attorneys can offer. This knowledge allows him to analyze aspects of cases that not everyone would consider."
"Mr. Hildreth has a well-earned reputation for excellence in trial and criminal defense experience."
"I have watched Duke work for many years now. I have had the unique experience of having worked with him as a prosecutor, against him as a defense attorney, and alongside him as a fellow defense attorney. I believe that Duke is everything you would look for in a defense attorney. He is knowledgeable, attentive and thorough. He is capable of handling any type of case effectively. Most importantly, he is always the most prepared attorney in the room, and it shows in his results. I recommend him without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Hildreth is one of the finest criminal trial attorneys in Austin. He's a voice of reason in the court room."
"Mr. Hildreth is an excellent advocate and trial lawyer. We have worked closely on many cases and he always impresses with his court room skills as well as his professionalism. He is very well respected by his peers and earns the trust of anyone who has met or worked with him."
"Duke is an unmatched advocate for his clients. He is an artful and aggressive trial attorney, and his impressive trial record proves his success. I highly recommend this attorney."
