Cares about your case

I worked with this lawyer to get my DUI charge down to an Obstruction of the Highway. She was very diligent and also cared about my case. She took the time to write out everything that would happen if I went to trial which gave me a peace of mind and calmed me down. She was even there when I messe...d up with probation and again helped me to feel calm and centered. She is honest and worked her hardest to get what I wanted and what she thought she could offer me. I was glad to have her as a lawyer and would recommend her to anyone.

A REAL lawyer, a Real person!

I thank the universe for sending me Erika. She demonstrated concern for my case from the beginning. Never once did she seem judgmental or non-caring. She’s compassionate and empathetic and believes in people. She knows that mistakes do not define a person. I would absolutely recommend her!

The BEST Attorney in Texas

Erika was the light in the midst of a storm in my life. She came in on my case during a really difficult time within the court process. I had a previous attorney who didn't provide any help, information, direction, sympathy, or encouragement for the outcome of my case. I was advised by a friend to g...ive Erika a call and she returned my call within the hour. She took the time to listen to my story, my concerns, and even my sobs. By the end of the call I knew that she would be the best counsel for me. Within the week she had contacted the court and had her named as my new counsel. She showed up to court prior to me arriving and had in her possession pictures, pleas, and information that I had NEVER been provided or shown previously. One thing that I truly was impressed with is her true honesty. She will not sugar coat anything for you, or provide you with any false hope. She will fight for you as if you were her only client. If you want a real lawyer who is knowledgeable, compassionate, trustworthy, and dependable then you should chose Erika Hansen. You won't go wrong.

Brilliant and Compassionate

Erika took the time to listen to my concerns and kept me up to date during the entire process with her returning my emails or phone calls within 24 to 48 hours. Her deligence in reviewing my case assisted in a positive outcome with a no conviction settled out of court. She treated me as a person an...d truly took her time to know me and what lead to my current situation. Despite her busy schedule, she made me feel as if I was her only client and took every opportunity to help me understand every step of the criminal court process.
