Shane Michael Brooks

Shane has represented me in multiple cases spanning several years. He got every single case dismissed. He was able to keep me out of jail the entire time as well. He was able to show the judges that my cases were being bright by the police in ways that did not follow standard procedure and therefore ...kept my bonds from being revoked when new charges were being piled onto me. As far as my actual cases, Shane agreed with me that they were weak cases and that I was being unfairly targeted by the police. Not once did he try to persuade me to take a plea. He set everything for trial and was clear we were not going to plead to any of them. All of my cases, a total eight charges stemming from three different episodes over four years, were dismissed and later expunged. One case was no billed by the grand jury, which caused the State to dismiss its companion case, another case was a case of mistaken identity that Shane promptly proved through investigation, and the other five cases he was able to show had been brought by the police two years after their alleged commission and in violation of a promise not to prosecute by state and federal agencies. Shane got the government to admit to and then follow their previous agreements. Shane helped me get my life back.

I hired hired Shane about 2 months ago. He helped me with my case, at the time. And now he is nowwhere to be found. I cannot get in contact with him, no email, call, texts, nothing. Ive been sitting here in court for the last 3 hours waiting for him to show up. AND THE JUDGE IS PISSED. SO, that being... said. After today, I will no longer require his sercives, or reccommend him to anyone for anycase.
