Very Helpful
Jo Poenitzsch was very helpful during our stressful time. She took the time to explain to us the process involved and what we should do, and what she was going to do. Our process was taking forever, but Jo reassured us that was typical. Fortunately for us, Jo was able to get our case dismissed!
