He did absolutely nothing. Didn’t have any recommendations, only wanted my significant others mother to testify, and was okay with him being, in his words, “punished”. He did not defend my significant other at all. His legal assistant didn’t return my calls, ignored emails, and every time i was suppo...sed to hear from botary, he was never in the office and he never called me.

Mr. Botary, came to me with an offer from the prosecutor. The offer was not a very good one. I asked him to negotiate to get the charge lowered, or to increase the Community Service for less time. He asked why, this is what everyone with your type of charge gets. He originally told me he had worked f...or the Prosecutor's office and he could get me a good deal. It seemed more like he was helping out the prosecutor's office by making my case easier for them.
