The bomb
He is a beast he is my attorney and he also represents my family.This lawyer right here knows the law.An attorney who tells you they could keep you out of jail is BS.Botary tells you straight up,if your gonna do time if your gonna be free.I would recommend him to anybody anytime

Got me off of a very serious charge with probation only
Ken Botary did an excellent job defending me from a serious charge. He devoted extensive time and efforts to finding a way to reduce my sentence from an expected short prison term to 10 years probation. I highly recommend Ken Botary for your case needs.

Negotiate? Why?
Mr. Botary, came to me with an offer from the prosecutor. The offer was not a very good one. I asked him to negotiate to get the charge lowered, or to increase the Community Service for less time.
