seemed a snark, but was effective
many, many years ago, Ken Botary was a "court appointed" attorney for me in a criminal case. I, about 23 at the time, thought the guy just Texas snarky, but that is the unfortunate nature of the culture down there, and the guy did a reasonable job I guess.
