Dane OBrien

I was in a horrible position in a wrongful eviction and I had no hope.... I was randomly looking for attorneys to give me advise in how to handle an attorney that I already had that was not interested in my case but took my every last penny... not to hire another attorney but to teach me or advise m...e in some direction.. and I came across Dane... he was so helpful in directing me to proper chain of command of the law without judgment or breaking the law.. but one thing stood out.. and he told me, "the truth will always prevail"... at my hearing, there were the mgr, assistant mgr, regional mgr, 2 maintenance men, leasing agents and the attorney behind me while I was in a pue all alone.....by the way, this was after I terminated that attorney that I hired.... and all I could hear was Mr. Dane's voice saying, "The Truth Will Prevail" and that is all I could think of... and when I went on the stand, I felt no fear.... and the judge (most awesome judge) ruled in my favor... Dane will take the time to direct you into the truth as far as he can without breaking the law -- THIS IS WHAT JUSTICE IS ABOUT!! PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS SAKE ... He gave me hope, led me in the right direction and I WON!! WHOOO HOOO!! Without an attorney... I guess you can say by now, I truly recommend him... I respect him, and when he cant give you anymore information, it is because "he wont break the law"... Luv....luv... luv him...may God bless him, his practice, and his entire family.... and remember ... "the truth shall prevail"

Mr. OBrien has been a wonderful help this past week, without his guidance and advice I'd be lost without his kindness. He did not know me when I called initially and was more than happy/willing to offer sound advice and not let me go blind into a negligence issue. He's been friendly and helpful this ...entire time and happy to answer questions that I've had as they have come up. After moving into an apartment here in San Antonio, my partner and I were taken to the ER for trouble breathing. It turns out that our entire apartment was infested with black mold.
