It is unfortunate that some people who post here do not want legitimate legal opinions and are offended when you dont just tell them what they want to hear. Grandson on deed to a house
Advice on how to handle a grandson on a deed to a house was very helpful and to the point. We do have a problem, however, but now my wife and I better understand what we are dealing with. The lesson learned was always contact a lawyer when making these kinds of decisions.
