Grandson on deed to a house

Advice on how to handle a grandson on a deed to a house was very helpful and to the point. We do have a problem, however, but now my wife and I better understand what we are dealing with. The lesson learned was always contact a lawyer when making these kinds of decisions.

Very helpful and analytical

Dane took my call on a weekend for a consult regarding an employment agreement. He is really passionate about law and explained all legal possibilities very clearly and articulates arguments from all sides. Although, I have a long road ahead for this matter but I feel much better informed and really ...appreciate the opinion shared. I will highly recommend him.

Good Real Estate Advice

Mr. OBrien gave me good advice about handling a bad property manager and a tenant who presented problems.He asked questions about the particulars of my situation with these two parties. He advised on what I needed to win a judgement against either. He used his knowledge of and experience in real esta...te law to let me know how likely I was to prevail if I took legal action against either party. This was an excellent consultation.

Willing

Obrien was willing to give vital legal info only cause of a good heart to help others. Informed me my next step which only verified all I had been researching the last year as I pursued my eviction and now my petitions as the landlord did. Thanks

Concise and compassionate, very informative

I spoke with Mr. O’Brien by phone for a landlord/tenant consultation. As a tenant, with children, I was concerned about numerous issues in our rental home of almost 3 years that effected our safety but also feared retaliation from a terrible (new) landlord. I did a lot of research on my own but conta...cted Mr. O’Brien because I couldn’t find clear answers. He was very kind, allowed me to spill my frustrations, asked perfect questions, gave clear and informative answers, and helped tremendously to put my fears to rest. He obviously cares about people and not just dollar signs, which is so rare these days. I will definitely be holding on to his contact information for future and will be referring him to anyone and everyone. Thank you, Mr. O’Brien, for you knowledge and time. Hopefully this will not wind up in court, however, if it does I will look forward to meeting you in person.
