I consulted Dane Obrien on the basis of these reviews, and hired him to help me fight an eviction for a very minor infraction of an apartment complex rules. He was very informative, explaining different avenues that we could pursue, and weighing our options. I always wanted him to take the lead, sinc...e I'm the layman, which he did, but he also left the decisions up to me. In the end, Mr. Obrien negotiated a settlement that was in my favor. So happy I chose Mr Dane O’Brien! Our Property management did not want to install missing window. Their excuse was that we signed lease knowing it was missing and did not request, on lease documents, that they fix it. After three written requests with negative results we hired Dane, who listened to... all of our concerns. He immediately contacted the property manager and also explained our different options. During courtroom proceedings, Dane’s experience shined even more; from the way he constructed the evidence, to his questioning of their witnesses, to the case law he was able to dig up. Mr. O'Brien is a very kind and intelligent person. I have had to call him several times due to a landlord that has been harassing me . Every single time I called he answered . Dane is epitome of what an attorney should be. He is passionate and intelligent. I had issues with the property management company when I moved out of the house. I was in a horrible position in a wrongful eviction and I had no hope....
