Nathaniel James Gilbert

I'm Nate Gilbert, a business attorney in San Antonio. I've been an attorney since 2012, and run my own practice since 2015. I work with every client personally, from the first call to the finished documents.

Most of my work is helping Texas business owners set up their companies the right way: LLCs, PLLCs, Series LLCs, corporations and partnerships. I also draft the contracts that go with them, including operating and buy-sell agreements, service contracts, business leases, and liability waivers and hunting leases for Texas landowners.

Formations are flat-fee, quoted before we start, so you know the cost up front. After every formation, I hold a one-on-one Management Training Session where we go through how your documents work, what you're responsible for going forward, and how to keep your liability protection in place. Clients tell me it's the part they value most.

I meet with clients by phone or email, so you can work with me from anywhere in Texas. I'm also licensed in Colorado and Kansas.
