I met with Matt after having a terrible experience with attorney Robert Grier(who did nothing but take my money!) After a quick consultation with Matthew I immediately hired him, because he was open and honest with me on what to expect with my case and didn’t try to sugar coat anything. I have to say... it was the best outcome from a divorce that anyone could ask for. This is a one of a kind attorney. When you call you get HIM...not a receptionist or secretary. He answers immediately. If he is busy, he will tell you what is going on and calls back by the end of the day. Unlike many attorneys I have dealt with, he responds and acts immediately. I hired Matt for a retaliatory eviction. It was very simple. He had not prepared for trial at all and appeared to be more on the Plaintiffs side than mine. I'm in worse shape now because of matts negligence, breach of contract not to mention his rudeness, and yelling and demanding I sign something... I never agreed to. He refused to even write a brief in my defense or review my file on my innocence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MATT OBERMEIER OR HIS FIRM.
