Will and Trust

You can reach me at my office at (210) 308-6600. You can reach me directly on my mobile at (210) 296-5828.

Unfortunately, the tenants did not prevail in this case; however, it's instructive on what courts may require of a tenant to prove that a landlord acted in bad faith when failing to return a security deposit within the time proscribed by law.
