Poor to little communication
He took my money and if I didn’t reach out to him he would not communicate with me or update me on anything that was occurring with my case. Rude and inattentive. He did help a little bit but honestly I could have gotten the same if not better results if I would have just handled things on my own. ...

Replied last October 31, 2023I’m sorry your perspective leaves you writing this review. You came to see me because your apartment was charging you more than $4,000 after move out. In part, because you intentionally let your dog defecate all over your bedroom. You hired me for $700. I wrote a demand letter shortly after you hired me and sent it to the apartments. As soon as they responded I contacted you. Their response was to reduce what you owed to less than $2,000. That’s a very successful demand letter. I can’t help but feel offended that you believe you could’ve done this all yourself, and believe my job performance warrants a two star review. Sad, honestly. You just can’t please everybody. If I can make your experience better please let me know; otherwise, I’m pleased I was able to save you from owing an additional $2,300.
