I was represented by Kate Soulsby in an ongoing court battle for child custody. She is a shark and will absolutely dominate if hired. This is important given the way the systems are set up. What makes her stand out is not only her ability to completely and fearlessly think of and attack all angles ag...ainst the other party but her heart in making sure she fights for what is right. Father fighting for custody and won with Kate!

Where to begin. After almost 2 years of litigation fighting for custody of my son, Kate Soulsby and her staff have basically become family. I am a single Father with no legal experience, so I had no clue what my rights were or that I even had a chance at winning primary custody. With Kate on my si...de, I was able to do just that. I knew I needed council, but knew absolutely nothing about the law, legal processes, or where to start. After hearing my situation, a friend (recently divorced) recommended I speak to her attorney and I am so glad I did. Kate and her team took immediate action, were patient, understanding, extremely responsive, and coached me through everything during some VERY STRESSFUL times. There were many instances I just wanted to give up and drop it all due to stress, financial strains, moving twice, and loss of faith…but Kate and June would always calm me down and reassure me I was making the right decisions. The Best Ever!

Where do I begin? This has been a long and stressful journey.
