The Best Lawyer Ever

Kate Soulsby is the best child custody lawyer in San Antonio hands down. I am a single Dad of two beautiful children. I wasted thousands of dollars prior to hiring Kate that did not have the passion and knowledge to handle my case. Her staff is also very understanding and knowledgeable. They have alw...ays kept me in the loop with constant communication never being left in the dark. It's not just another paycheck with Kate. She has become an extended part of my family. If you want someone to fight for you she will be by your side all the way through the end and even after that. Her court room experience is impeccable! She is not just another lawyer that is trying to take your money, she actually cares. I am so thankful that she has been in my family's life.

Divorce/Modification

Kate first represented me years ago in my divorce. I got everything I wanted in my divorce. I kept the house and was awarded custody of my kids even though I am Dad. I recently was dragged back into court for a custody case and went back to Kate. She was great in court and now my ex has less t...ime with the kids and is paying more money! I highly recommend Kate! I interviewed three attorneys prior to meeting Ms. Soulsby. As a father of a young child I was worried I would have minimal access to my daughter, after her mother kept her from me for over two months. Other attorneys dismissed me outright. Kate took time to listen to my story, challenged me when ...I was perhaps becoming too emotional, and finally took on the case. Kate was professional and her reputation was confirmed the first time we had a court hearing. It became clear that both her colleagues and the judges respected her and knew she would represent my claim aggressively and ethically. After six months of court room drama I witnessed many antics by attorneys that were unprofessional at best and unethical or maybe illegal at worst. Ms. Soulsby always stayed above board and pushed for a just outcome. During this dispute she had a bad social study kicked out and she uncovered financial deception used to manipulate child support. In the end, Ms. Soulsby presented me as the father I believe myself to be, loving and involved. Today I spend half of every week with my daughter. I get to walk her to pre-school, eat lunch with her, and actively participate in bumble bee soccer. On the weekends we get to wake up and watch cartoons, go to the park, or take a road trip. At night I get to read her bedtime stories and pack her lunch for school. Others wrote me off saying I was a father and my daughter was too young to spend so much time with me, Ms. Soulsby saw things differently. Thank You Ms. Soulsby.

Amazing Attorney

Kate is a bulldog of an attorney. So much so, that in my case a judge had to read the Miranda rights to one of the opposing counsel's witnesses while Kate was cross examining her. If you want someone to fight for you, give you candid and honest advice, and knows her stuff...Kate is all you need. I'v...e been dealing with a custody issue for the last 2 years with incredible odds mounted against me and Kate never skipped a beat. Nothing can phase this incredibly passionate woman. She won the case for me and got me more than I could ever hope for. In family court, its hard as a Dad to get equal rights and treatment. Kate saw and made sure that I got all of those and then some.
