Biography
I am an attorney for Miller Medical Malpractice. Our firm is a boutique litigation practice concentrating primarily on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, as well as personal injury claims. Please contact us at for a free consultation.
I've spent countless hours cross-examining experts, deposing witnesses, drafting legal pleadings, researching complex legal and medical issues, and actively litigating cases in the courtroom. Additionally, I've drafted, researched, and argued four separate appellate cases, winning each time.
I graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law, where I composed comments and edited articles as a staff writer for The Scholar: St. Mary's Law Review on Minority Issues. I am a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Society (Honors), hold a license to practice in the Western District of Texas, and am an active alumni of the University of Texas at Austin. I am also a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers’ Association and San Antonio Bar Association. I was selected as a 2021-2022 Texas Super Lawyers rising star and named as a top personal injury lawyer by Scene in San Antonio in 2017, 2020, and 2021-2022.
In my spare time, I enjoy time with my three boys and my dog. When not in the office you can find me behind a book, guitar, or being active.
