Professional and Effective

Russel responded quickly to our Avvo inquiry and set an appointment. From our initial meeting, He came across as very knowledgable, reviewed our documents, and explained in detail what the process would be. Russel conducted himself in a very professional manner, yet was sensitive to our family's needs.

Helped us through a difficult time

SUPERMAN

At the end of our case I sent him a Superman outfit. He saved our lives, financially, emotionally and probably health wise. We had been tied up in an 11 year nasty family Trust and Guardianship situation that we were drowning in. Russell took on our case when no one else was willing and the money had run out. His expertise and caring nature were responsible for bringing our case to a much needed close with the least loss and damage. Very good experience.

Mr. Aldrich served as my attorney when I served as the executor for my mom's estate. He was affordable, knowledgable, and sympathetic. I really appreciate all the he did for me - my mom's death was unexpected and so it hit me and my family really hard. Thank you

As a satisfied former client, I wanted to refute the review from "Charlene"

I was referred to Mr. Aldrich by the referral service and he assisted me in making a will. As I was looking for his phone number to ask him a question related to another matter, this negative review popped up and I wanted to at least offer a different perspective. He was very kind and flexible with me and I didn't have any trouble. Actions speak louder than words: I am using him again for a different problem. Just my two cents...

Great San Antonio lawyer

Wonderful attorney who helped my daughter who was severely injured in an auto accident with an 18-wheeler. He made sure the insurance company compensated her for injuries and lost wages. He made a horrible situation so much easier for all of us, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable, capable lawyer.

Criminal Defense

NFA Trust

I am a gun collector who had Russell create a revocable trust customized so that I could purchase weapons and firearms governed by the National Firearms Act. The process was easy and he was quick to deliver. I'd recommend him to others in need of legal assistance.

Estate planning

Russ did some estate planning work for us to help us minimize our estate and gift taxes. He seemed very knowledgeable about the law and appears to know a good deal about the various estate planning instruments that are available to achieve your goals - everything from simple wills to more complex trusts and family limited partnerships. He was prompt in getting the job done for us, his rates were reasonable, and overall he's just a really friendly guy. We would definitely use him again.
