Filed a contest of the disputed will and conducted discovery of the decedent's bank and credit card records, revealing that neighbor had exerted undue influence on him and that she had charged $30.000 on the decedent's credit cards in the month preceding his death. When confronted with the overwhelming evidence against her, the neighbor agreed to withdraw the will from probate.
