Kristen L. Mulliner and her husband and partner, C. Mulliner was a respected and admired felony prosecutor, for the Bexar County District Attorney's Office, when she elected to leave government service in 2010, to devote her career to fight for and represent the accused.  The result has been an impressive record of jury acquittals, dismissals, reductions, pre-trial diversion, deferred adjudication and probation obtained for firm clients, who could only hope for such results at the time of their arrest.


Licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United State's District Courts' for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western District's of Texas, as well as the Texas Supreme Court, The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and all Texas State Courts, Kristen enjoys traveling throughout the State and region, in defense of her clients. Nationally, Kristen is a Life Member of the NACDL (National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers), as well as an Attorney Member of TCDLA (Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association) and an Attorney Member of SACDLA (San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association) and she is on the Federal CJA Panel in the Del Rio Division of The United State's District Court for the Western District of Texas.
