Kristen Lyn Mulliner

Kristen has an active criminal defense practice. Kristen has taken on the State of Texas and fought for justice for her clients in jury trials, where her client's were charged with capital murder, murder, federal drug conspiracy, arson and dwi. Kristen is pleased when she can deliver results such as dismissals or reductions, but she always stands ready to defend her clients at trial.

Kristen is licensed in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western District's of Texas, the Fifth Circuit & the Supreme Court of the United States. She has represented federal clients in Laredo, Dallas, Houston, Del Rio and San Antonio. Federal charges represented by Kristen include conspiracy to distribute 2400 kilos of marijuana, government procurement fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, revocation of supervised release, conspiracy to distribute cocaine and allegations of illegal re-entry.

Whether her clients were forcibly complelled to submit to a blood draw, or if they consented to a breath test, or if there are no scientific breath or blood results at all (a refusal case) Kristen brings her substantial interest and considerable experience in the defense of dwi/dui cases to the aid of her clients. Kristen will always seek to protect the rights of her dwi/dui clients and seek a dismissal or an acquittal of the charges against them.
