Pleased with results

After interviewing Stephen and looking for a competent, Christian, lawyer with experience in alcohol related cases for our college-aged son we hired Mr. Gustitis. He was very thorough, patient, helped calm our fears and we thought did a great job in getting the best possible outcome for our son. We... would hire him again (but hopefully we won't have to)!

Often times, patiently helping clients understand what is happening to them is the most important service we can provide. I am extremely thankful for the opportunity to help your son and your family navigate these troubling waters. Moreover, your generous review of the Firm and our services is very much appreciated. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any future questions or concerns.

Excellent Lawyer

I hired Mr. Gustitis to represent my daughter in failure to identify case. She was a Texas A&M student, and had not had any prior interaction with the police before, and was scared of what would happen. Upon our first meeting with him, he very direct in discussing the situation, but was also very ...comforting to me and to my daughter. He listened and returned all of my calls promptly. His advise was very sound, and he was so helpful throughout the process. I think what sets him apart from other criminal lawyers besides his obvious high level of expertise, he actually cares about his clients. He always knew the status of the case and kept me very informed. His assistant, Nelda, is outstanding and wonderful to work with as well. I highly recommend his services if you want an exceptionally qualified, caring attorney to represent you in what is a very stressful event.

Stephen Gustitis Defense Attorney Review

I hired Mr. Gustitis for a felony drug charge that I had acquired. Immediately after I got out of jail, I went to his office. Although he is a very busy man, I did not have to wait long to meet with him. He and his assistant Nelda were very welcoming and thorough. In our initial meeting, Mr. Gust...itis heard my story then instantly began providing me with instructions on what I should be doing that would be beneficial to my case. He required an initial fee and provided me with a 5 month payment program for the remaining amount. This was the only monetary contribution that he required throughout the entire process. The goal was to get the felony reduced to a misdemeanor. It was a clean arrest, so we did not have much to work with. It was a long process; but after 22 months and numerous court resets, we had accomplished the goal. Despite the drawn out case, I never once detected any sense of pessimism or doubt from Mr. Gustitis, and I knew that he only wished the best for me. His assistant Nelda was also very helpful by providing me with court date reminders and other miscellaneous information. I am lucky and very grateful that I had hired such an excellent attorney. I would highly recommend Mr. Gustitis for anyone needing a defense attorney.

Helping clients attain their goals is the highlight of a criminal defense practice. Nelda and I are very pleased we were successful in assisting you in this very important case. We appreciate your trust in us. Furthermore, your patience gave us the necessary flexibility to reach our objectives. Lastly, thank you very much for writing a review about the Firm. It helps potential new clients make informed decisions about choosing the best professional to help them navigate dangerous waters.

Innocent beyond a reason of a doubt

Having dealt with many lawyers in Houston and Byran/College station area, Mr. Gustatis stands out as being personal, charismatic, and very reliable. Unlike other lawyers who promise to build bridges even when they are no rivers, Mr. Gustatis is straight forward and provides realistic goals. Once thes...e goals are set, there is literally nothing that stands in his way; by hook or crook he is determined to succeed. I was very careful choosing my lawyer and did extensive research as my case was very challenging and the outcomes ranged from being locked up, deported, and/or banned from reentry to the US. It is without doubt that Mr. Gustatis was the number one man for this job. Steve gave me the comfort of a companion and treated the case as if it was his own. At no point did I feel that his assurances were just fluffy words to make me feel better. He gave prompt and accurate reports that I did not have the urge to contemplate “what if, but, and, so” scenarios that usually bring the moral down. Furthermore, Mr. Gustatis’s support exceeded the court house of Bryan as he provided me with the consultation while dealing with the Texas A&M University review board and University honor panel. I truly believe that Mr. Gustatis works his cases to the best of his abilities which make him the exceptional lawyer that he is. His Law firm is very well established, efficient, and highly effective. His staffs especially Ms. Nelda, Mr. Gustatis’s personal assistant, is fully capable of “Holding the fort” in the absence of the big boss. She is very friendly, cheerful, and always available to help. Do not hesitate to in choosing Mr. Gustatis as he the right man to represent you, I strongly recommend him to work case(s) if you’re looking for a class A results!

Expungement Granted

This review is for the law firm of Stephen A. Gustitis and his legal assistance Nelda. I called around many lawyers in college station to ask questions to see if I was eligible for an expungement for 4yr old PI. Nelda was one of the few people that called me back and answered my question honestly. ... I decided to go with them and it was a great decision. The process took around 2 months and they answered email and questions anytime I had. At the day of the hearing, they emailed me right after to let me know that the expungement had been granted. Everything went smoothly.
