Gustitis Law Review

Hired Mr. Gustitis for a misdemeanor charge, he was extremely helpful in explaining my options, potential outcomes of my case, and how to go through the court process.

Case Dismissed!

I was pulled over in Burleson County & consented you a search of my vehicle. I had a passenger in the car. The officer alerted us that he found drugs. Most of which were found in my passengers backpack &/or jacket. He denied these were his, so the officer arrested & charged both of us for them. A fel...ony 2, felony 3, and a misdemeanor A. Thank god my family hired Mr. Gustitus. The consequences were vast & I was looking at my life forever being marred by this. I first called the law office, and was greeted by a warm and inviting woman on the phone. She was so reassuring. Her name is Nelda & she is AMAZING!! She scheduled the consultation & my mom and I drove down to the law office. Nelda was every bit as warm and caring in person. We then met Steve. He was calm & understanding and listened to me with compassion. He took my case and over 2 years he was confident I wouldn’t go down for something I was innocent of. He never went in to make a plea deal. He wanted them to drop the charges. He reset the case until it was time to take it to trial. I chose jury trial. 6 weeks before the trial date, I was alerted by Nelda that the DA had dropped the felony charges against me. Steve then got the misdemeanor charge dismissed. Steve gave me my life back. I can’t recommend him enough. He knows what he’s doing every step of the way. It’s the scariest thing I‘ve ever experienced. If you’re going through this now hire Steve Gustitus, because you are investing in yourself. Trusting your future with anyone else is risky. I got my future back, and you deserve to have yours too.

I could not be happier with the results we achieved in your case, Alli. Of course, not all cases turn out like yours did, but your patience and courage really paid off. Thank you for trusting us with this life-altering situation. Never hesitate to call if you ever have any questions!

Best attorney around

Steven is a brilliant attorney and is highly respected by everyone in and out of the court room. He helped me with a very serious case that could have ruined my life. Instead of a felony with prison time he worked through the system to turn my charge into a misdemeanor. Steven didn’t only save me fro...m prison he saved my entire future and it allows me to finish college and have a good life. Steven is as trust worthy as they come and he will Not disappoint you! Steve’s front desk lady Nelda is as friendly and nice as they come. She will let you know everything at all times. She will email, text, or call depending on what you would rather receive. Being that I was never in the system in my life she really helped me with a lot.

Exactly What We Needed

If you are reading this, you are probably in a very scary situation for yourself or someone you love facing serious charges. Pause, take a breath, pray, and read on. I strongly recommend Steven Gustitis! We found Steven Gustitis through a google search. The reviews we saw made us think that... he was the right guy for our son. Our experience proved that the positive reviews were spot on! Our son was arrested for having a small amount of an illegal substance in his off-campus home. A friend called 911 for an ambulance because our son got sick. Long story short, the CS PD came instead of the ambulance. They rushed in uninvited, searched our son’s room without permission, and arrested him and his girlfriend. Rather than charging them with something like possession, they painted them as drug dealers and hit them with class one felony charges for manufacturing and delivery (up to life in prison)! As a side note, I am a former police officer. The officers that responded to the scene went way overboard to destroy our son’s life… we needed high-powered help. We met with Steve. He didn’t sugar-coat anything. (But his paralegal, Nelda was a huge comfort!) He said our son was facing some serious trouble, but that there might be some hope. Steve laid out a strategy of playing a long game for us to be able to demonstrate that our son was not the drug dealer the cops portrayed him as. This included voluntary drug testing every two weeks (with results sent to Nelda and us) to build a track record of clean behavior. Almost a year to the day later, we received a letter from the Brazos County prosecutor that our son’s arrest was rejected, and that all charges were dropped! We’ll be back to ask Steve to help with the expunction of our son’s record. I can’t guarantee that everyone will have these results. But I wholeheartedly recommend Steve! Here’s a summary of what to expect: * If you wonder whether hiring Steve is worth the cost, he absolutely is! * Take the time to tell him what you want the outcome to be. In our case, it was making sure our son’s future was not forever destroyed. * Get to know Nelda… she is absolutely wonderful. * If he recommends ongoing drug testing, do it. * If he thinks you will benefit from stretching the process out, do it. * Listen to and do what he says. He is a former prosecutor and knows what he’s talking about. But don’t be afraid to tell him what’s on your mind, and what you want. * Now, if you want someone to lie to you to make you feel better, sorry. He didn’t pull any punches. He wasn’t mean about it; but he was professional, courteous, and honest. Also, he let us call and talk it through anytime we wanted. He always made time for us.

"Thank you" cannot approach the level of gratitude I have for your kind review of our law firm and the services we provided to your family during this very difficult time. Over the years I've learned that great results don't always happen, but a satisfied client makes any result worth the hard work and the struggle. Thank you for choosing us and for trusting us. We are very happy the great weight of worry has been removed from your shoulders! Don't forget our door is always open.

Life Changing!

I hired Mr Gustitis for a Non-disclosure related to some trouble I got into during my late teens that has followed me throughout life, with increasing amounts of negative impact on my career over the 25 years since it happened. I wish I knew this was an option much earlier in my career. I am very h...appy with the overall service, communication, and the peace of mind from securing the Non-disclosure.
