Exonerated

Tom Locke came highly recommended to me by a mutual friend of ours. Both Tom and I are Registered Nurses and Tom understood the magnitude of the charges that were facing me. Tom worked diligently to get my case dismissed in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process. I am very thankfu...l that there are people like Tom in this world and would highly recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges!

Pearland Texas Family

Our high school son, who has never had a detention at school, made a foolish mistake at school which had him suspended and sent to Juvenile lock up. The school called my husband. Since we had never had anyone in our immediate families incarcerated, we did not know which lawyer to call. By chance, ...my husband saw Mr. Locke's advertisement on the phonebook cover and called him on the spot. God must have been watching over us because Mr. Locke turned a very stressful situation into one with which we could cope. Mr. Locke walked us through every step of the legal system and was very informative and patient. Our son spent one night in juvenile detention, which was a great lesson for him and wake up call for all of us. Mr. Locke accompanied us to have our son released, met with the juvenile detention officer, and had a “heart to heart” talk with our son concerning his behavior. In the aftermath of the stressful event he guided us through the entire legal process. Our family feels blessed to have had Mr. Locke when we most needed him. His expertise and caring manner got all of us through a tough time, which could have been prolonged and/or worsened without him. Another benefit: Mr. Locke, who has a background as a registered nurse, provided some valuable insight regarding possible reasons for our son’s behavior issues. As we investigated it became clear that Mr. Locke’s assessment was accurate. This diagnosis was one never even mentioned by previous professional psychological and counseling providers. Our son is back on the right track and preparing for college. I would highly recommend Attorney Locke for anyone who needs a great lawyer and friend. I would highly recommend Mr. Locke for anyone who wants a trustworthy, passionate and caring attorney.

Outstanding Lawyer

My son had two cases at the same time. One in the juvenille system which Mr. Locke was able to get dismissed and one when he had turned 17 and was being charged as an adult for assault with intent to harm. We had a lawyer prior to hiring Mr. Locke and trust me having an outstanding attorney working f...or you is priceless. Mr. Locke helped us to understand the process and work through some very stressful times. The assault charge was also dismissed. We are grateful to know Mr. Locke and would highly recommend him.

"I absolutely endorse this lawyer. I have known him for four years. I worked as a Government Lawyer and he was opposing counsel from Nov 2014 to Oct 2018. We had many cases with each other. He is a fabulous defense attorney and fabulous human being. He works very, very hard for his clients. His ethics are amazing. He is always ready for trial when it is his turn. To say he his personable would be an understatement. He works very well with the prosecutors while still fighting hard for his clients rights. He is excellent in trial. I know this because I have been in trial against him. I have 19 years as a trial attorney and know an excellent one when I see it. I personally would hire him if I ever was accused of a crime."
