In December of 2016 I made a terrible choice and decided to drive home from a Christmas Party after drinking. I was pulled over for speeding and arrested for DWI. I was taken to Harris County Jail and spent the next 36 hours shuffling from cell to cell wondering what permanent damage I had done to my... life. On recommendation my wife contacted Thomas Locke to see if he could assist me. After being released from jail Thomas met with us on a Saturday morning to discuss my options and explain the process to me. Being that I had never been arrested this was extremely helpful. The charges against me will be dismissed and soon after the arrest will disappear from my record and it will be as if none of this ever happened.
