Tom stated from the beginning that he strives to ensure justice is served, even if that means going the full 9 yards for a dismissal as opposed to an expeditious plea strategy that some attorneys use to generate volume clients as opposed to quality representation. He did EXACTLY that and in my ca...se, justice prevailed and it was expeditiously dismissed. I can only imagine the beast he would have been for me and I know he is in court! While sitting the in DA's office trying to get information on how to handle my case I met this great guy who happened to be an even better attorney. He stopped what he was doing and voluntereed information at no cost or obligation. Now I was curious! When I was finally advised I needed an attorney ...I literally hunted Tom down in the courthouse. I can’t express just how fortunate I am that Thomas Locke defended me in criminal court.
