DO NOT HIRE!!!!! I retained Erinn for my divorce attorney and she "handled" my case for 26 months with NO RESULTS! My ex-wife is a meth addict that had custody of our children removed from her by the CPS, Erinn still did nothing for me, she didn't even TRY to get me full custody. Erinn only demande...d MORE money!!! Erinn did nothing to get me custody of my children, she stated "Of course I can file an emergency custody hearing, but I absolutely WILL NOT file it for free". I paid Erinn and additional $5,500 to file the emergency hearing and she NEVER filed it. She lied! I have over 200 text messeges to Erinn begging for help, she ignored and never responded. I have multiple bank transactions to Erinn totaling over $27,500 and she did absolutely nothing for me or my divorce case. She lied and manipulated me the entire time. Erinn purposely stalled my divorce case to extract as much money from me as possible! Erinn lied to me on numerous occasions and severely neglected my case. Erinn has caused great harm to my case, not anything beneficial. DO NOT HIRE!!!

Erinn Brown as your Attorney would be like not having any one to represent you at all that's my opinion, she need to get out of the legal profession if she is not going to work for clients. My son hired her as his Attorney and she never called him when he needed answers about his case and she would... refer him to her assistant who was clueless and could not clearly answer his question, and he would call her office and they put him on hold and i paid on my retainer but I'm so glad I didn't give her what she was asking for because she would only talk to him regarding MONEY I know shes a ripe off don't waste your money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Erin Brown is a joke, she take your money and leave you hanging out on your own, she don't help you prepare for court, she say she will call you back and you never hear from her, and if you question her on anything she will try and get back at you. Got Attorney Brown’s name from a Google search for free legal advice in the Houston area. Called her office on a Monday afternoon and spoke in detail with her receptionist about a legal issue. The receptionist told me Ms Brown was presently in court but would return later in the day and would return... my call. She also told me Ms Brown provided a free initial consultation and, after asking, she told me a phone consultation was acceptable in lieu of a face-to-face meeting. That was Monday afternoon. Now, four days later I’ve yet to hear a word from Brown or anyone in her office. I’ve given Brown the initial benefit of a doubt that she may have been busy with other matters or that it was necessary to refresh herself with statutes concerning the questions I had asked before calling me. Either way, she or someone in her office could have at least called to acknowledge my existence but it hasn’t happened. Given other comments I’ve read about Brown’s numerous failures to respond to her (paying) clients, I seriously doubt I’ll ever ever hear from her or, conversely, be sending her a retainer. Had I been foolish enough to have done the latter I’m sure she would have cashed it immediately. As one other reviewer has stated, why isn’t there an option here for ZERO stars? Four plus days and no callback deserves zero stars. Google, ya royally blew this online search!
