Erinn did my divorce that went on for 2 1/2 years I had a protective order against my ex-husband because he had hit me. As he always did, we had several court appearances it went on for two years. And the final time they went to court Aaron didn’t even tell me show up or call me. My friend that was ...a CPA retired looked it up online and he told me and I told Aaron. She had no idea. I just thought that was odd that she was not on that case it was horrible. Then, as far as the divorce went, there was no contact ever. I gave her money and I never saw a bill never she never gave me a bill. She thought I had a lot of money and I could just give her everything .call me 713-628-1585 I will tell you more DONT hire her!!!!!!!!!

While communication was very poor after the initial consult (requesting call backs and not getting a call back) Erinn was still able to get me favorable results on a possession pg 1 case. She did spend a good amount of time with me to review discovery items. Seeing as this was my second time with the... exact same charge within 5 years of each other. Erinn was able to get me 2 years deferred and 100 hours community service, which was the exact same punishment I received in 2016 for the same charge out of Galveston County. I believe punishment in Texas usually gets more severe with each charge not stay the same. With Erinn I beat a felony and was able to keep my nursing license. Don't expect a call back, but she will show up for you to court. If you have a simple possession case or a misdemeanor case I think you'd be ok with Erinn. I was able to make a payment plan.

As the over 50% of 1 star reviews should indicate, do not hire this attorney. I had hired her for a family case for which at the beginning I was given a rah rah speech on how I had a strong case (I very much did) to win and how she was going to represent me well. The retainer was collected and afte...r initial work, there was over a year of absolutely nothing and she came close to actually messing my case up entirely. During that time I had emailed and called with no response from Ms. Brown for a 6 month period. She was very combative as were some of her people in her office. I never received any billing updates and ultimately had to fire her and hire a new attorney. DO NOT HIRE HER

This is not a personal review and is strictly on her as an Attorney. She was never prepared or organized for hearings or mediations. She will not return calls or emails and absolutely will not keep you updated on your case. If you dare question her.. she will become very agitated and blame you. You h...ave been warned and good luck if you hire her.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!! I retained Erinn for my divorce attorney and she "handled" my case for 26 months with NO RESULTS! My ex-wife is a meth addict that had custody of our children removed from her by the CPS, Erinn still did nothing for me, she didn't even TRY to get me full custody. Erinn only demande...d MORE money!!! Erinn did nothing to get me custody of my children, she stated "Of course I can file an emergency custody hearing, but I absolutely WILL NOT file it for free". I paid Erinn and additional $5,500 to file the emergency hearing and she NEVER filed it. She lied! I have over 200 text messeges to Erinn begging for help, she ignored and never responded. I have multiple bank transactions to Erinn totaling over $27,500 and she did absolutely nothing for me or my divorce case. She lied and manipulated me the entire time. Erinn purposely stalled my divorce case to extract as much money from me as possible! Erinn lied to me on numerous occasions and severely neglected my case. Erinn has caused great harm to my case, not anything beneficial. DO NOT HIRE!!!
