I am an experienced and aggressive litigator, and have the knowedge it takes to handle my clients' cases from beginning to end!  Having spent the last thirteen years practicing law in the Greater Houston Area, I have dedicated my legal career to advocating for the rigths of my clients.

I began serving the community as a Children's Protective Services Attorney, and was the longes serving Brazoria County C.P.S. Prosecutor to date.  I was able to hone my trial skills and successfully tried over thirty jury trials.  I also tried hundreds of bench trials.  This trial experinece has proved invaluable.

I prepare each case as though it will be tried and find that this preparation is an absolute necessity in order to achieve the goals of my clients.

Litigating family law cases such a sdivorce, modification of child support or geographic relocation cases require attention to detail.  Over the years, I have successfully tried many of these types of cases and know what it takes to be successful!

When handling cases on the criminal law side, I work vigorously to defend the rights of those charged with serous felonies such as DUI and drug offenses as well as those charged with misdemanor offenses, including theft and assult.

I understnad that clients need help navigating the litigation process and work to ensure that my clients understand their options and the issues in their case.  I believe it is my job as the lawyer representing my clients to ensure there is an open line of communicaiton and if questions arise, to ensure those questions are answered in a timely manner.
