I would say that Attorney McBride is one of the best criminal defense attorney in the Houston area. If the attorney was in court, her assistant was able to answer my questions or she would get back to me with an answer. Ms. McBride is very knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things so I could understand. She works very well with the court personnel which made things go smoothly. She is very trustworthy and prepared me before court which was very important to me. She also represented my son after he was arrested. The court system is very intimidating especially for first time offenders like my son. With Attorney McBride representing him we were very confident and appreciated her showing concern for us personally. She was able to get my son's case dismissed. Mrs. McBride has very poor communication skills, I hired her to represent a loved one that was incarcerated. While Mrs. McBride was the attorney she did not communicate effectively she gave me a very stressful time. She didst take the initiative and gather important information needed for the case wh...ich was quite strange. I will not recommend her to represent anyone that is incarcerated because she will not go the extra mile to make sure they a know whats going on with their case while incarcerated. If you hire her you will be speaking with her assistant who doesn't know half of time on whats going on. When considering an attorney ask detail information during your consultation one question I should've asked was how often will you be able to discuss the case? She will not prepare you for what is going on hiring her is like being on pins and needles.
