You get what you pay for.
There is a reason why this is the cheapest lawyer in Houston. Because Darla McBride is barely a lawyer. If she in your only option, I recommend representing yourself instead. In a shear and a half I could only get in contact with her twice. And on the most important and (what should have been) final ...
I understand your concerns and I want you to know that I’ve made every effort to keep you informed and supported throughout your case. I attended all major court dates and represented you at each critical stage, except when I was required elsewhere by the Court. Detailed list of appearances: 11/1/24, 12/12/24, 1/22/25, 2/26/25, 4/3/25, 5/6/25, 5/19/25, 5/20/25, 5/21/25, and 2/3/26. When I was in a jury trial in another Court on 2/2/26, I made sure to speak with you as soon as I was available. My highly trained criminal law legal assistant was always ready to help answer questions in my absence. Regarding the PTI violations, the Court noted these as part of your actions, and I did my best to support you through those challenges. The Judge’s comments about breaking his “rule” again for me were in reference to a situation where my client was not present. The Judge made it very clear that I was there. Yet he still broke his “rule” for me then and in your case. My priority has always been to advocate for your best interests, and I appreciate the opportunity to work with you through this process. I care deeply about my clients and strive to ensure the best possible outcomes for them. While I wish this case could have resulted in a dismissal, as I had planned for you (to follow straightforward conditions), I sincerely wish you the best moving forward.

You should hire Attorney McBride!!
I was arrested for a felony theft case. I was so scared because I had been in arrested before. Mrs. McBride's legal secretary was very reassuring to me. They both helped me through this very tough time. My attorney was able to get my case dismissed. You should hire her if you have a criminal case. Th...

When you need a great attorney call McBride!!
I hired attorney McBride to represent my son in a drug case. I believed my son when he told me he did not commit this crime. He was hanging with the wrong crowd. It was such a blessing to find a lawyer who also believed in my son. She helped us so much and was able to get pretrial intervention for my...
