Biography
Darla M. McBride is a trial attorney and has proudly protected the United States Constitution for more than 17 years. Mrs. McBride has aggressively represented clients in a wide variety of legal matters in state courts. She has handled more than 3,000 cases ranging from a level misdemeanor B through Felony 2nd degree. Over the course of her career, she has persuaded the State to dismiss cases including DWI, Assault Bodily Injury, Assault Family Member, Fraud Cases, Theft, and Possession of Drugs just to list a few. She is gifted at developing a successful defense, mainly due to her position on attorney-client relationship. She represents all her cases with integrity, honesty and determination. In order to stay current, Mrs. McBride regularly attends continuing legal education classes on criminal law. In an effort to further her professional education, she maintains membership in the State Bar of Texas and Harris County Criminal Lawyer Association.
