Renee took the time to understand the case and help me get the results I wanted. She worked relentlessly and was always... available when I had a question, even at night or on weekends. She is literally available to her clients 24/7. When doing trial prep, and my availability during the week was limited, she made time on the weekend to get it done. Early during my case, before I understood her level of dedication to customer service, I would send an email on the weekend, expecting to hear a response when she got back to work on Monday. Instead, I was typically answered within minutes, and she was always available to get on the phone and discuss the topic until I was satisfied. Furthermore, when she felt additional help would help get the job done, she didn’t hesitate to search out experts and colleagues for aid. In my particular case, she felt there were elements of parental alienation at play, so she searched around and found a local expert on the topic to join our team. The Judge said in front of the entire courtroom that she had never seen anyone else get such a good plea deal from the State for the type of charge against me—that was a first. The Judge said in front of everyone that Ms. Kennedy did a GREAT job for me and, needless to sa...y, I’m overjoyed with the result that Ms. Kennedy was able to achieve through her hard work, knowledge of the law, and commitment to my case. She was extremely aggressive with getting the Asst. Dist. Attorney to reduce the charges, and would not take “No” for an answer. The Judge was literally shocked how good a deal I got and said so during the hearing. Although Ms. Kennedy did an outstanding job, I have crossed criminal charges off of my bucket list and don’t plan on ever getting in trouble with the law again.
