Best in Brazoria County

Steve is by far the best lawyer I have ever had to use! His entire team was very helpful throughout this nightmare! Steve is not just a lawyer but a friend when it comes to his clients!

Brazoria Superstar DWI Attorney

March 2016 was a bad month for me when I ended up in Brazoria County Jail for DWI 2nd. I knew that for this unfortunate situation I would need the best attorney in Brazoria County. That person ended up being Steve. I interviewed multiple top rank attorneys and had them narrowed to Steve Gonzalez and ...Mark Thiessen. My cousin, a local assistant da actually recommended that I hire Steve. I now clearly know why! I ended up hiring both of them but Steve handled my case entirely. 13 months later Steve negotiated a reduction to Reckless Driving with 1 year probation. I thought about it for two minutes weighing out options because my case had a good shot for dismissal in trial. A reduction for DWI 2nd is rare and exactly what I was hoping for and I got It, thx to Steve! Without a doubt hire Steve Gonzalez and his wonderful staff. He is the best DWI attorney in Brazoria County Period!

The Best

I found myself in trouble in July of 2015, went to court in April 2016 and had another attorney. Wish I had learned about Steve O Gonzalez, things probably would've been different. I ended signing for 3 years as deffered adjudication for possession of control substance less than a gram of thc concen...trate in Brazoria County. Around August I was arrested for reckless driving on my to work as I was late and not paying attention to my speed. Because of that arrest my probation officer sent a motion to adjudicate guilt to the judge. I wanted a different attorney than I had for my possession charge and a good friend told me to go talk to Steve O Gonzalez. I called up Steve O Gonzalez's office and was set up for consultation immediately. I was blown away with the professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to have me as a client. Months went by until a no-bond warrant was issued for the motion to adjudicate guilt. Steve set me a date to turn myself in so I wouldn't spend much time in jail. I was grateful to have such a attorney looking out for my best interest. I turned myself in the morning before 6am in November. Afternoon around 1pm I was loaded up and on my way to court. I was seated in front of the judge who gave me the deferred sentence, I was nervous, but to my surprise Steve O Gonzalez had been working on my behalf the whole morning. The judge reinstated my deffered probation with no punishment. I was in shock I've been on probation in my late teens and early twenties and always received extra punishment for any motion. I was then moved to the other court room for my reckless driving charge where I plead guilty and only had to pay a small fine and take a defensive driving course. I recently landed myself in some more trouble and immediately hired Steve O Gonzalez again. He is reassuring, easy contact and the best attorney I've ever dealt with and I have used a handful of attorneys in my younger days. I highly recommend him.

Very Professional

I was very satisfied with Steve Gonzalez handling both my cases. I was able to get both dismissed. People might think his price is to high but one thing I can say is you get what you pay for. Thank you Steve Gonzalez for your excellent work.

What's his name?

Once I found myself in a sticky situation I started googling court cases in Brazoria county. I found Steve Gonzales to have the most acquittals so of course I knew he was who I needed. Once meeting with Steve I knew I was in the best hands and through out my entire process I always felt that way. Tha...nk you.
