Steve and his law firm are by far the best firm around. They were always in court on time and kept me informed throughout my 3 year process with Steve and his partner Kristina. He ended up getting my case dismissed after that long period. I had a consultation with Steve. But Kristina took my case...she is partners with Steve. Steve did hear my case and explained the laws, the process of the court and the steps that I needed to take. He answered my questions and put everything in layman's terms so I understood what I would be dealin...g with. The office always called to remind me of court dates and when my payments were due, which they were flexible with the due dates. Also, anytime I called the office I always got my questions and concerns addressed immediately. My appointments at the office were always punctual and I never waited for long periods of time. Everyone was professional and courteous.

I decided to call Steve and he could tell I was hurting. When he recognized this he dropped the lawyer hat and gave me encouragement to keep doing the next right thing for my wife and kids. I have some much respect for Steve as a man and as a lawyer. I once asked the rhetorical question on how I could re-pay him for his services he replied "just be successful" "I want you to succeed and I don't mean monetarily" " Be a great husband and dad and that will make me happy". A team is a unit working together seamlessly and when I met Kristina I knew that I had met the other half of the this team. They complement each others styles perfectly. Kristina was always very patient with me and when you talk to her you can tell that she is truly listening and processing. When she recalls and addresses your concerns she is always spot on...factually and emotionally. When there is something that needs to be explained she is extremely thorough and never rushes. You can tell that K.K picks and chooses her battles accordingly and when needed she is a true fighter that does not like no for an answer. Malinda and Theresa play a key role to the success of this law firm. Malinda and Theresa always answered my phone call. I never felt slighted in the least. These ladies are always on top of their cases and work long hours while doing so. There is not 1 occasion that I did not receive an answer from a question I had. Additionally, when they told me that they were going to do something they always followed through. Malinda even listened to me cry and complain on the phone but always encouraged me.. reminding me of my blessings. They would even call me to make sure I was where I was supposed to be on important dates. These ladies are great at what they do and deserve much credit for the office success. The best way that I can describe this law firm is that if I were going to war I would want this team on my side. Finally, impressions mean a lot and when Steve and Kristina walk into the courtroom everyone watches in admiration. My results were as follows: I started with (1) Felony and (2) Class A Misdemeanors. Faced prison, major fines and DL suspension I ended with (0) Felony, (1) Class A Misdemeanor and (1) Class B Misdemeanor. No penalty on the Class A. (1) Yr. Probation on Class B. I still owe you and Melinda a thank you card. I will show the virtue of a humble man in this review I am a...bout to write. I couldn't be any happier and grateful for my possession of a weapon charge to be dismissed. Mr. Gonzales and Melinda, thank you so much!!!!! I am happy Mr. Gonzales did actually take the time to talk to me during his hectic schedule the past weeks. I am even happier that it wasn't required for us to subpoena for the phone records for MORE evidence for the fact Jennifer was the one that sent me those text messages that I've given to Mr. Silverman promptly. I commend Mr. Gonzales for even wanting to have the phone records subpoenaed from AT&T. I just hope that future clients will be able to get a hold of Mr. Gonzales in his office, and I DO respect the fact that's how he wants to be contacted via his office not cell-phone. Nonetheless, he is an excellent lawyer. He will show up on your court date! And I am happy this man has close relationships with the district attorneys. I am giving both Mr. Gonzales and Melinda 5 stars, and for any client in the Houston area looking for a good lawyer--call Mr. Gonzales ASAP! He had made my case DISMISSED!
